Peach – Banana Frozen Ice Dream

Healthy Homemade Ice Dream Recipe

Now you can make your own healthy frozen dessert right in the blender or in your food processor.

SERVES: One – Two



Have already prepared frozen bananas and peaches in your freezer.

To freeze, peel and cut ripe bananas into quarters, place in a freezer baggie and freeze. Do the same with fresh peaches, slice them and freeze them. (It is your choice to leave the skin on or not). 

Place coconut milk, banana and peaches in a powerful blender, or you can also use the food processor with an “S” blade. Leave ½ cup of chopped frozen peaches out. 

Blend until creamy.

Add small frozen chopped peaches to the mix and ENJOY! 

Additional Ideas

Sprinkle it with a little cinnamon, nuts or sunflower seeds, shredded coconut or any other healthy addition that you might like.
